About the Windsor District
Since the development of the Windsor Hills Shopping Center in 1959, the Windsor Area has been known as one of OKC's best destinations for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
For over half a century, many changes have taken place at the shopping center and in the corridor. Today, great things are underway.

The Windsor District now has a private Windsor District Business Facebook Group exclusively for our area. Our hope is that this social media tool will create a community of businesses in the area for relational and business networking.
Art in Windsor
Be sure to check out the beautifully decorated traffic control cabinet at the northwest corner of E B Jeffrey Park (NW 16th Street & N Meridian Avenue). This project is a shining example of community collaboration, made possible by the WesTen and Windsor Districts, who sponsored an art contest for third-grade students from Hilldale and Buchanan Elementary Schools. The winning designs now adorn the cabinet. Big thanks to art teachers Nora Sekine and Michelle Brennan, and local artist Barbie Bahner, for guiding these young talents.
We celebrated this fantastic achievement at the dedication ceremony on May 6th. Stop by and admire the creativity of Lisa Delgado (Hilldale) and Dylan Reyes (Buchanan) – a true "Bright Spot" for our neighborhood!
